**Ingredients:** Red chili, black pepper, shrimp paste, galangal, lemongrass, turmeric, salt, garlic, kaffir lime peel.
**Instructions:**
1. Take approximately 300 grams of pork and stir-fry in a pan.
2. Add 100 ml of water and mix in 1 packet of Kua Kling Stir-fried Curry Powder.
3. Stir-fry until the meat is cooked and dry to your liking. Adjust seasoning as desired.
