**Ingredients:**
- Lemongrass
- Galangal
- Turmeric
- Chili
- Garlic
- Shrimp paste
- Kaffir lime peel
- Salt
**Instructions:**
1. Mix 1 sachet of curry powder with 250 ml of coconut milk and 100-250 ml of water.
2. Bring to a boil and add meat and vegetables as desired. Adjust seasoning to taste.
