**Southern Thai Curry Powder**
**Ingredients:** Turmeric, Lemongrass, Garlic, Black Pepper, Chili, Galangal, Salt
**Instructions:**
1. Mix one sachet of Southern Thai curry powder with 250 ml of coconut milk and 100-250 ml of water.
2. Bring to a boil, then add meat and vegetables as desired.
3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
