Ingredients:
• Lemongrass
• Galangal
• Red chili peppers
• Shallots
• Coriander seeds
• Bird’s eye chili
• Kaffir lime zest
• Other herbs
Instructions:
1. Add the red curry powder into 250 ml of coconut milk and heat until the coconut milk separates.
2. Add 500 ml of water and bring to a boil.
