**Ingredients:**
- Ground rice
- Lemongrass
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Dill seeds
- Green chilies
- Galangal
**Instructions:**
1. Boil 500 ml of water until it reaches a rolling boil.
2. Add 1 packet of Northeastern Thai Soup Powder.
3. Add your preferred meat and vegetables. Adjust seasoning to taste.
