Ingredients: Dried chilies, garlic, shrimp paste, lemongrass, turmeric, salt, galangal
Preparation:
1. Bring 500 ml of water to a boil, then add one packet of Southern Thai yellow curry powder.
2. Add meat and vegetables. Continue to boil.
3. Season to taste.
