**Ingredients:**
- Lemongrass
- Galangal
- Shallots
- Red chilies
- Bird’s eye chilies
- Coriander seeds
- Kaffir lime peel
**Instructions:**
1. Dissolve one packet of Tom Yum powder in 500 ml of water.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Add meat and vegetables as desired.
4. Season to taste.
