### Ingredients:
- Shallots
- Galangal
- Red chili peppers
- Lemongrass
- Kaffir lime peel
- Coriander seeds
- Bird's eye chili
### Instructions:
1. Dissolve 1 sachet of Tom Ka Gai Powder in 250 ml of coconut milk. Bring to a boil.
2. Add meat and stir-fry until combined. Add 500 ml of water.
3. Add vegetables or mushrooms and simmer until cooked.
4. Adjust seasoning to taste.
