Frozen Durian Sticky Rice with Coconut Milk

Steamed glutinous rice and mixed with coconut milk thoroughly. Packed it on a tray, then put the durian meat on the sticky rice. Boiled coconut milk and added some durian pieces. Poured into a tray, then take it to frozen process until the temperature in the middle of product is reached <-18C. Put it in the package.
