The raw materials for herbal tea and plant-based tea undergo a controlled heat treatment process. The drying is performed at a temperature of 65°C for 15 minutes in order to reduce the moisture content to not more than 10%, with the water activity (aw) not exceeding 0.8, in compliance with the specifications defined in the Finished Product Standard for Spices (Document No. SD-QC-01-01).
After the drying process, the ingredients are blended, weighed, and packed accordingly.
Intended Use:
For consumption as a beverage by infusing with 300 ml of hot water.
Packaging Materials:
The product is packed in nylon and PE plastic bags, followed by secondary packaging in a paperboard carton.
